a new bbq chip?

when i'm supposed to be doing lots of writing, sometimes i really want snacks. the day before yesterday, i picked some of these up from the rite aid for this reason (despite what this bag says, mine were on sale for $.99):



assessment: southern bbq tastes exactly like salt and vinegar! just goes to show, once again, that the south is very very different from the north of the u.s.

  2. Just learned that the many indian paths of the Appalachia's lead to salt licks and sources. I haven't heard anything about paths leading to vinegar mothers but I have a lot more reading to do.
    On that, I think that's why Carolina chips are salt and vinegar. My theory
